The Human Journal covers novel scientific findings, the current focus include social computing, computational social science, behavioral science, etc. The Human Journal will have two-step review process. Each manuscript needs to be submitted to one of ASE Human Division conferences. The conference committee will review all the submissions to the conference. The conference committee will select up to 5% of top quality submissions to the editorial board members of Human Journal. The editorial board will review the recommended submissions in the second step. The editorial board members will determine whether the recommended papers can be published in the Human Journal. If a paper is accepted, it will be published in ASE Human Journal. If a recommended paper is not accepted for publication in Human Journal, the paper will be included in the original conference proceedings. If your manuscript does not fall any of topics in Human Division conferences, please submit your manuscript to the ASE annual conference. The 2012 paper acceptance rate is 4.5%.The 2013 paper accetace rate is 3.8%.
